Authentic German Meat RecipesPork, Beef, Chicken, Ground Beef Recipes
Pork is the favourite in Germany, however, we have recipes here such as the classic Wiener Schnitzel and Jaeger Schnitzel, both delicious served with my potato salad recipe or fried potatoes (Bratkartoffeln). Or how about a nice Swabian roast steak (Schwaebischer Rostbraten) washed down with a nice German beer! So take your pick from my recipes and serve something slightly different, but extremely tasty.
