Kids Raspberry Dream Dessert RecipeMy raspberry dream dessert is one of our favourite kid recipes. In fact the whole family will love it.My young son Cameron prepares this dessert all by himself for when friends come round. We prepared it for New Years Eve and not a spoonful was left over.You will need: You will need to whip the cream and mascarpone together. Try to use a glass bowl for this dessert as it looks pretty once finished. Place one layer of meringues in the bottom of the bowl. Then a layer of cream. Grate some chocolate over the cream and then finish with a layer of raspberries. Continue until all the ingredients are used up. Finish with a layer of cream and then grate more chocolate over the top. The dessert can be also be prepared with strawberries, blackberries etc. Mmmmm enjoy it!
