Looking for easy soup recipes that are delicious too? No probs, my German soups will put the warmth back into you without too much hard work.

Anyone who can cut up a potato or any vegetable for that matter can make soup in a little more time than it takes to open a tin and heat it up. My two young sons love helping me in the kitchen and enjoy tasting their creations afterwards.

Ty my easy recipe using pancakes (flaedlesuppe). I first tried it at a wedding and have been hooked ever since. I have given this recipe to many friends who now also enjoy it.

I normally tend to follow the seasons and their produce, but you can conjure up a warming bowl from almost anything.
