German Soup Recipes

My German soup recipes are so easy to make and delicious too.

Anyone who can cut up a potato or any vegetable for that matter can make soup in a little more time than it takes to open a tin and heat it up. My two young sons love helping me in the kitchen and enjoy tasting their creations afterwards.

Ty my easy recipe for pankcake soup (flaedlesuppe). I first tried it at a wedding and have been hooked ever since. I have given this recipe to many friends who now also enjoy it.

I normally tend to follow the seasons and their produce, but one of the most exciting things about soup is that it can be made from almost anything.
