German Ground Beef Recipes
Easy Mince Recipes

Easy German ground beef recipes for a casserole, meatloaf, meatballs and cabbage rolls. Ground meat is so versatile, goes a long way and is not too expensive either. In the UK it is called mince and in Germany Hackfleisch.

I buy good quality meat from the butcher, normally beef.  Once bought, ground meat should be used as soon as possible, ideally the same day.If not, then freeze it into recipe portions as it's always great to have on hand.

Why not double the quantity and freeze the rest for another day.

Enjoy my mince recipes any night of the week.
