Parsley Potato Recipe

This parsley potato recipe is found in all the restaurants in Germany. It is such an easy boiled potato recipe, you will wonder why you have never served it before.

Delicious served with all types of dishes.

Ingredients

750g small new potatoes
30g butter
1/4 tsp salt
2 dessert spoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Use new potatoes and steam them in their skins in a steamer for about 20-30 minutes until tender. You can also boil them in salted water.

Melt the butter in a pan, add the skinned potatoes and then sprinkle over the salt.

Lastly sprinkle with the fresh chopped parsley, shake the pan to distribute the parsley and serve immediately.
