German Kraeuterbutter Recipe - Herb Butter Recipe
Hello: I miss Kraeuterbutter so very much!
I had a recipe a German friend gave me that had herb suggestions, what to put together for taste. She also had measurements to use with 1 pound of butter.
Would you have such a recipe?

5-8 garlic cloves 3 tablespoons olive oil black pepper 500g Butter 1/2 bunch parsley 1/2 bunch tarragon Dill sea salt
Peel the cloves of garlic, cut in half. Place on aluminium foil with the olive oil (make a closed packet out the foil) and bake in the oven at 175 degrees C for an hour.
You can also press the garlic cloves and mix with the olive oil.
Place the butter in a pan or microwave to soften so that you are able to stir it.
Finely chop the herbs, add to the butter and garlic and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
Place the mixture in the fridge to harden. The butter will keep will in a closed container for a few weeks in the fridge.
Great with steaks, sausages and barbecued meats.
