Pound Kuchen "Feiner Sandkuchen"

This is a fine recipe for pound cake!from Germany
It's called "Feiner Sandkuchen"
4 eggs/250 gram powder sugar
2 tbl spoons of Rum
lemon grind from 1/2 of lemon (or 4 tblsp of lemon extract}
125 gram of flour and 125 gram of cornstarch/
1 tablespoon of baking powder
250 gram soft butter/melted
a little powder sugar to put on cake after baked
grease loaf pan with butter/sprinkle pan with flour
Eggs/powder sugar beat in a mixing bowl/add lemon flavor and rum/add flour and cornstarch and baking powder and salt mixed together/(just a speck of salt)
On a slow moving motion add flour by spoons and soft butter/ make sue it is mixed well
pour in loaf pan/ bake at 350 for 30 minutes than cover with aluminum foil bake another 30 to 45 minuts
cool off for a few minutes than fold over on a cake cooling grid/ sprinkle with powder sugar/let cool off over night!
