German Streuselkuchen Recipe

I'm looking for a recipe that is very similar to the bee sting cake but had a streusel topping instead of Honey and almonds. It was a round streusel crumb top with a yeast sweet bread sliced in two with a lovely cream filling. My father used to bring them home from a little bakery. I remember the bread was very yellowish. It did not have cinnamon.
