German Broetchen

I can't find a good recipe for german hard rolls that I can also make here in the south with high humitity.

Do you have one?

I would love this too. When I was in first grade we visited Germany and that was my favorite thing was the hard rolls and then after high school my kid visited and they said that was one of their favorite things
