Light dough rolled out like a thin pie crust. Cut into aprox 4" squares. Mix ground beef with onions, salt and pepper. Place small ball of meat on square. Fold crust over, wet the edges and press the edges together. Drop into hot oil and deer fry untill the crust is brown. Serve with white rice with butter and 'dirty' rice. Dirty rice is rice mixed with cinnimon and sugar.
