Oshmore German Recipe

by Jeanne
(Lincoln Ne USA)

I'm not sure of the spelling ? but anyway it's made with a lot of eggs has sugar, milk, vanilla.

You fry it in a little grease in a hot skillet It turns
into small nuggets and you brown it kinda and chop it like you would with scrambled eggs. When it gets to be
solid small chunks, you put on a plate and sprinkle with
powdered sugar.

My dad was German and his mom made this for him. His mom showed my mom and she would make it for my dad and
us kids once in a while. We loved it. My dad has passed
and my mom is 92 years old. I did not get to meet my
Grandmother, she passed before I was born.

If any one knows about this food or recipe I sure would
love to get the recipe.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH
