MARTINA'S KUCHEN

Dough:
2 eggs 1 cup sugar 6 cups flour ¾ cup shortening 1 ¼ cup milk 6 tsp baking powder ½ cup sour cream pinch of salt
Mix all the above items together and roll thin about ¼ inch into pie plate.
Filling:
To each crust add ¾ cup filling:
2 cups sour cream 2 cups sugar 6 eggs
Sprinkle pinches of sugar and cinnamon over the filling. If you choose, you can put crumbs on top.
Crumbs:
2 cups flour 1 cup margarine 2 cups sugar 1 tsp vanilla
Crumble together and put on top of filling.
Bake 350F for 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
