GRANDMA called it "Egg Cake"

this was served with Roast beef and gravy, she made a bread and egg combination similar to dressing in a large bowl not sure what else went into it, then wrapped in a cheese cloth ball and boiled it. sliced and put gravy on it .....light and fluffy but solid.....Wow! No one really was old enough to pay attention to what she was doing. She was from a small city on the edge of the Black forest and it has a castle the name started with K
